Delivery Policy

1. What you receive

All items sold on Himaamit are travel services — tours, transfers and experiences. No physical goods are shipped and no courier or postal delivery is involved. The full details of each trip are shown on its page before you book.

2. Delivery method & time

On successful payment we send a confirmation email to the address you provide at checkout. It contains your booking confirmation and travel voucher for each trip you booked. Please enter your email address carefully — it is where your confirmation is sent.

3. Accessing your booking

• Your booking is tied to your package number and the confirmation email we send you.
• You can view your booking any time from the link in your email, or by visiting Find My Order and entering your package number.

4. Did not receive your email?

If your booking confirmation has not arrived within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please:

• Check your Spam / Promotions folder and search for your order number.
• Confirm the email address entered at checkout was correct.
• Use Find My Order to resend your confirmation.
• Still stuck? Contact us at care@himaamit.com with your package number and we will resend your confirmation promptly, typically within one business day.

5. Service availability

Because your booking is delivered by email, our trips are available to customers across India with no PIN-code restrictions. A valid email address is all that is required to receive your booking confirmation and travel voucher.

6. Technical requirements

Our trips are standard PDF files that open on virtually any device — phone, tablet, laptop or desktop — using a free PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Google Drive, Apple Books, or your browser). No special software or subscription is needed.
